A key role supporting senior leadership across the organisation.

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to support our Executive Directors at mhs

homes. This is an important role that supports the effective day-to-day running of leadership activity, helping ensure Executive

Directors are well supported, aligned and effective.

dependable, well organised and a trusted support to senior leaders.

About the role

You will play a key role in supporting our senior team, working closely with Executive Directors and the Executive Assistant to

ensure effective coordination across the Executive function.

You will provide high-quality, professional day-to-day support to Executive Directors, helping them stay organised, prepared and

focused. This includes managing diaries, meetings and correspondence, preparing accurate briefings, reports and presentations, and

coordinating key senior meetings.

You’ll also support governance, compliance and assurance activity, manage travel, events and expenses, and ensure information is

well organised, accurate and handled appropriately, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of directorate activity.
