We are seeking a Payroll Delivery Coordinator to support the payroll function within ISS UK, providing system administration support and covering the day-to-day administrative activities of the Central Payroll Team.
The role focuses on ensuring salaried payroll requests are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting a positive employee experience.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can manage rotating payroll administration tasks, including processing payroll changes, checking work for new starters and leavers, and responding to queries via the central inbox.
Responsibilities are rotated across the team every two months, requiring flexibility and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process new starters, leavers, job changes and personal detail updates within payroll systems
Support TUPE mobilisations for new contracts
Handle calls, emails and post for the Central Payroll Team
Answer payroll queries received via the central inbox
Assist with compliance controls and internal and external audits
Ensure GDPR compliance at all times
Support salaried payroll colleagues with day-to-day activities
Respond to payroll-related business queries accurately and professionally
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High standard of professional customer service
IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and Outlook, with confidence handling data
Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to fully support the team
Awareness of GDPR and Data Subject Access Requests
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders
