This is a self-employed (CIS) role, but with consistent, full-time work provided daily. You’ll be working on jobs scheduled and managed by the company — not sourcing your own work.

Our client is looking for 2 experienced General Builders / Multi Traders to join their growing team covering Surrey and South London. This is ideal for someone who wants the flexibility of self-employment with the security of ongoing, organised work.

You’ll be working across occupied residential properties, so a professional approach and tidy workmanship are essential.

What You will Be Doing

General building and plumbing work across multiple sites

Working independently to complete jobs to a high standard

Representing the company in customers’ homes

Keeping work areas clean and organised

Travelling between jobs across Surrey (fuel covered)

What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)

Minimum 5 years plumbing AND 5 years general building experience

CIS registered (UTR number)

Full UK driving licence + own van (required for the role)

Must live in Surrey

Able to start immediately

What You Get

£200 per day (CIS)

Fuel costs covered (diesel/petrol)

Full diary of work provided daily

Monday to Friday, 8-hour days
