Practice Manager

What Youll Be Doing Leading the operational running of the practice Managing and developing a committed non-clinical team Supporting delivery of safe, effective, and accessible patient services Overseeing performance, workflow, and service improvement Working with partners on financial planning and sustainability Ensuring compliance with CQC and NHS contractual requirements Building strong relationships with PCN and system partners About You Strong leadership and organisational skills Experience managing teams and driving performance Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery Experience in healthcare, primary care, or similar environment (desirable) Strengths in operations, people management, or finance We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds no single skillset is essential, and the role will be shaped around the successful candidate.
