An exciting opportunity for a motivated Ward Sister/Charge Nurse at North Downs Hospital. You will lead the nursing team, support junior staff, and coordinate the ward effectively. The role As a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be key in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes in a supportive environment. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will assist the Ward Manager in ensuring safe, effective care for all patients. What you will bring Current NMC registration, ability to deliver high patient care standards, mentorship experience, enthusiasm, EPR system experience, flexibility, and knowledge of CQC Standards/NICE guidance.
