Trading Manager

As a Trading Manager, you won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be the commercial driving force right out on the shop floor, ensuring your departments look spectacular and our customers feel right at home.

Reporting into the Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of trade execution, commercial performance, and stock management across your designated areas. Your main objective is to ensure every aisle is beautifully presented and fully stocked, while coaching your team to deliver the friendly, helpful service that keeps our regulars coming back week after week.

What you'll be doing day-to-day

Maximising sales through striking visual merchandising, seasonal planning, and peak stock availability.

Taking full ownership of sales targets, waste, shrinkage, stock control, and labour budgets.

Maintaining strict legal compliance, trading standards, and health & safety.

About you

You thrive in a fast-paced, high volume retail or commercial environment and understand how to run a profitable operation.

Ability to read trade reports, manage stock rotation, and tightly control waste.
