• Include creativity and enthusiasm in your daily practice and be open to positive challenge and change
• Use your excellent knowledge of phonics to develop phonic skills for all children – training will be provided linking to our SSP
• Promote inclusive practice by adapting teaching and provision to meet the diverse needs of all learners, enabling every child to thrive
• Share your warm personality with a good sense of humour and interpersonal and communication skills
• Build upon the caring and respectful relationships that exist between staff, pupils and families?
