What do you need to succeed
You’ll be a Registered Nurse, and while experience in a nursing role within a
healthcare setting is a strong advantage, what matters most is your caring,

residents and their families.
A willingness to develop your leadership skills, along with
the determination to drive continuous improvement and uphold high compliance
standards, will be highly valued in this role.
