About this role
Are you passionate about providing care and support to
others? We are currently seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our
team to provide support during the evening. This role is ideal for
someone who may only be able to work a shorter shift assisting our residents
settle comfortably for the night. If you

Evenings - 7pm-11pm (2 on/2 off shift pattern including weekends)

needs. We help with day-to-day personal care activities such as
washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.

What you will be doing
- Providing
excellent care and support to our residents during the evening.
- Assisting residents with getting ready for bed.
- Providing
companionship and emotional support.
- Helping
with supper, drinks and light refreshments.
- Actively
participating in various training and up-skilling sessions.
- Working
closely with team members and management team.
What you need
- A
can-do attitude.
- Be a
compassionate and caring person.
- Be a
true team player.
- Have
experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – this
is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
- Be
reliable and able to work evening hours.
