Community Support Workers – Opportunities Across the Isle of Wight

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Do you want a rewarding role where you can support individuals to regain independence and continue living safely in their own homes?

Our Community Reablement & Outreach Team are seeking committed and compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team across the Isle of Wight. You will be part of a dynamic, supportive service working at the heart of the community, supporting individuals at key moments in their recovery and daily lives.

This is a highly rewarding and varied role where you will support people following illness, injury, hospital admission, or a change in circumstances. You will play a vital role in helping individuals regain confidence, rebuild daily living skills, and maintain independence through high-quality, person-centred care.

Working closely with colleagues, health professionals, and families, you will help deliver tailored support that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing, ensuring the best possible outcomes for those we support. No two days are the same, and the impact you make will be visible and meaningful.

You will also be part of a developing digital service, using technology to support real-time communication, care records, and care planning. Full training and support will be provided.
