About the Role

Join a small children's residential home in Southampton, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. You'll be working waking night shifts, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment while promoting positive outcomes for each child.

Waking night shifts

10:00pm - 7:30am

4 on / 4 off rota

Long-term agency placement with potential to go permanent

Requirements for you as the

Support Worker

Previous experience supporting children and young people, ideally with EBD

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Child & Adult)

Calm, resilient approach with strong communication skills

Full UK driving licence preferred

Ability to travel to Southampton

Pay

Competitive hourly rates (PAYE & Umbrella available)
