An exciting opportunity has arisen to join theBuckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Teamas anEPR Business Change Analyst. Based atStoke Mandeville Hospital(with Trust-wide working), the postholder will support the delivery of the Trust’s EPR programme and wider digital transformation, helping to ensure safe and effective adoption of EPR solutions as part of the Trust’sSmarter Care and Smarter Workingprogrammes.
Working closely with clinical, operational and digital colleagues, you will undertake business analysis and business change activity across EPR workstreams. This will includerequirements gathering,end-to-end process mapping (AS-IS to TO-BE), supportingclinical and operational process redesign, and ensuring stakeholders have clarity on roles and responsibilities (e.g., using tools such asRACI).
You will also support delivery activity such asUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)(including test script development, coordination and results tracking), and contribute to implementation readiness and go-live support—helping users transition confidently to new ways of working and ensuring changes are embedded safely into business as usual.
