About Us
INNOPLUS TECHNOLOGIES LTD is a UK-based pet technology company developing smart products designed to help pet owners better understand and care for their pets’ health, well-being and daily routines. We are building a practical, commercially focused team in the UK to support product development, testing, operations, sales and customer growth.
The Role
This is an opportunity to help build the company’s commercial presence across the UK and international markets. The role combines business development, consumer acquisition, partner management and commercial support, with a particular focus on sales expansion and market building.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategy
Identify and approach potential customers, retailers, distributors and commercial partners
Build and maintain relationships with business contacts in the UK and overseas markets
Manage sales enquiries and lead conversion through various channels (social media, email, website etc.)
Build and drive sales strategy, account development and commercial follow-up
Prepare sales materials, presentations and other business development documents
Manage exhibitions, events and partnership meetings
Maintain accurate activity records and provide regular pipeline updates
Essential Requirements
Experience in sales, marketing, partnership or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a varied workload and work with initiative
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
Desirable Skills
Experience in consumer products, technology, smart devices or pet products
Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken
Knowledge of UK and Chinese-speaking customer or retail communities
