INNOPLUS TECHNOLOGIES LTD is a UK-based pet technology company developing smart products designed to help pet owners better understand and care for their pets’ health, well-being and daily routines. We are building a practical, commercially focused team in the UK to support product development, testing, operations, sales and customer growth.

The Role

This role will lead the practical coordination of product development work in the UK, linking market needs, product design, technical testing and commercial priorities. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder and wider team to help shape product direction, coordinate external suppliers and support evidence of real UK-based development activity.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate product roadmap planning and support product development priorities in line with business goals

Translate market, customer and testing feedback into product improvement actions

Work with internal and external technical contributors on hardware, software and product integration matters

Support prototype reviews, feature prioritisation and product documentation

Maintain development records, meeting notes and product progress updates

Assist with supplier, manufacturer and technical partner communications

Support product-related compliance, testing preparation and launch planning

Contribute to commercial planning by aligning product development with customer demand and business strategy

Essential Requirements

Experience in hardware and/or software development, technical project coordination, product management or a similar role

Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a small and fast-moving business

Strong organisational and communication skills

Good commercial awareness and ability to balance technical and business priorities

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK

Desirable Skills

Experience with consumer electronics technology, smart devices, IoT or pet products

Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers or development partners

Understanding of hardware-product testing and product iteration processes

Mandarin Chinese language skills
