Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Vehicle Technician in Aldershot. This opportunity is ideal for experienced motor trade professionals seeking a role within a reputable, family-run car garage that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. • Competitive basic salary of £40,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday working hours, from 8:00 am to 5:15 pm, excluding weekends and late shifts
• No weekend or Saturday work
• 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays

Duties of the Vehicle Technician

• Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing across a variety of brands
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to manufacturer standards
• Utilise workshop ramps and specialist equipment effectively
• Complete detailed job reports and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Support workshop team operations to ensure smooth daily workflow

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician

• Level 3 qualification as a Vehicle Technician or Fast Fit Technician
• Proven experience working on multi-brand vehicles
• Practical knowledge of diagnostics and repairs
• Ability to work independently in a busy workshop environment
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Immediate availability is preferred
