Class 2 HIAB Driver

The Best Connection Portsmouth are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wickham for a HGV Class HIAB Driver

The role is delivery of Timber Supplies to different locations around the south coast.

• Operate HGV Class 2 HIAB vehicles safely and efficiently
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
• Complete all relevant paperwork and digital records accurately (e.g. delivery notes)
• Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and site personnel
• Secure loads correctly and ensure materials are delivered correctly.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
• Keep vehicle clean and presentable

Pay Rates

• £15.57 per hour up to 42 hours
• £23.35ph for overtime after 42 hours
• Ongoing Assignment

Hours of work

• 06:00-15:00
• Monday to Friday only

You will be required to have

• HGV Class 2 HIAB Licence
• CPC
• Digi card
• Knowledge of the South Coast is preferred
