About the role
You'll support six adults (four women and two men, aged 50s-80s) with learning disabilities, autism, Down syndrome and complex needs in a warm, busy supported-living home. The people you support enjoy music sessions, dancing, crafting, puzzles, cinema trips, nature walks and social outings. Your work will include personal care, wheelchair support, medication, meal prep, shopping, cooking and maintaining a safe, homely environment. A confident driver is needed to support outings using a transit-sized vehicle. Shifts include
