This varied role has just become available to work for a friendly family who live in London during the week and at their country home in Swallowfield in Reading at the weekends. They are looking for a nanny housekeeper to work for them for a full day on Saturdays and half a day on Sundays, plus half a day during the week to prepare the house for when they return to the country at the weekends. The right Nanny Housekeeper would ideally be proactive and have a “can do” and positive approach and the children are ages 3 and 5 years old. This household help role involves all usual housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, bed changing and helping keep this beautiful home organised and well run. Along with some childcare help too, such as being an extra pair of safe hands and taking the children to the park etc. The role is typically 60% housekeeping and 40% childcare, and the hours would be ideally 8am-6/7pm on Saturday and half a day on the Sunday ( 5 or 6 hours) and half a day during the week . This family are looking for a nanny housekeeper that would like to commit long term and become part of their family. Salary is £20 gross an hour .
