OWNER-DRIVERS – OWN VAN REQUIRED

Overview

KAIBEN Global Logistics Ltd is looking for dependable and experienced Owner-Drivers to join our fast-growing parcel delivery team. As a self-employed courier, you’ll be responsible for delivering parcels safely and efficiently in and around South East London. This is a great opportunity for motivated drivers who take pride in providing excellent service and want consistent daily work with competitive pay.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver parcels to homes and businesses across assigned routes

Load and unload your van safely and securely each day

Conduct basic vehicle safety checks before shifts

Ensure parcels are scanned and recorded accurately using a mobile device

Communicate clearly with depot staff and customers when needed

Drive responsibly and adhere to all traffic laws and company procedures

Maintain high standards of customer service at every delivery

Manage your daily route independently and efficiently

Requirements

Own van (preferably SWB, LWB or MWB, roadworthy and presentable)

Valid UK manual driving licence

Minimum 1 year of multi-drop delivery experience

Hire & Reward (H&R) insurance for commercial use

Goods in transit insurance

Valid MOT, road tax, and business insurance

Clean or near-clean driving licence

No criminal convictions (background check required)

Physically fit and able to lift and carry parcels

Confident using mobile apps for scanning and navigation

Good knowledge of South East London and surrounding areas

Flexible and adaptable to route changes or busy periods

Committed to maintaining vehicle condition and safety
