About the Role
KAIBEN Global Logistics Ltd is hiring dependable multi-drop delivery drivers to represent one of the UK’s most reputable parcel delivery services.
This is a self-employed contractor role, where you’re paid per successful delivery stop. We provide the van, fuel, and insurance — so you can focus on driving and earning.
Earning Potential
£1.10 per successful stop
Typical range
100–150 stops per day
Example
120 stops = £132/day
Paid weekly (Fridays, 4 weeks in arrears)

Responsibilities
Deliver 100+ parcels per day in Aylesford, ME20 6WT
Use company-provided device to scan & track deliveries
Provide excellent customer service
Drive safely and responsibly at all times
Requirements
Valid UK manual driving licence
Minimum 1 year of driving experience
Multi-drop experience (preferred, but not essential if willing to learn)
Confident using apps/handheld devices for navigation & parcel scanning
Must have no criminal record (DBS required)
Documents Needed
Driving licence (front & back)
DBS certificate (or application proof)
Right to Work share code
Proof of National Insurance number
DVLA licence check code (download from gov.uk)

Physically fit (able to handle parcels safely)

Knowledge of Kent and traffic patterns

This is a self-employed contractor role.
You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions.
No holiday pay, sick pay, or pension contributions are provided.
You may appoint a suitably qualified substitute driver (with prior notice and agreement) to cover your route if required.
