Night Warehouse Operative

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Night Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy and fast-paced operation based in Manor Royal, Crawley.

Manor Royal, Crawley

Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.38 per hour after 12 successful weeks

Shifts

Sunday to Friday (shift-based).

Start times typically between 10

00pm-12:00am. If you are open to day shifts and afternoon shift this would be an advantage.

Role Responsibilities for the

Night Warehouse Operative

• Unloading incoming deliveries
• Scanning items to ensure they are accurately entered into the warehouse system
• Moving stock to the correct areas within the warehouse
• Loading deliveries for onward transport to the next hub or final customer
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

This is a fast-paced, physical role that requires attention to detail and manual handling throughout the shift.

Requirements for the

• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and manual work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail to ensure items are scanned and processed correctly
• A positive attitude and commitment to health & safety standards
