Early Years Practitioner - Bank Staff

Creative Minds Preschool in Shoreham are looking for some fantastic candidates to join their Bank Staff register which may lead to a permanent position in the future.

We are located within St Peters Catholic Primary School but independently run. We enjoy an exciting indoor environment and are lucky enough to have a lovely outdoor area too. This established preschool looks after children aged 20 months -5 years of age for 38 weeks of the year.

Our experienced team are looking to recruit someone to join them in caring for and educating our children during the duration of the summer term. The working hours are flexible and irregular providing a great opportunity to fit around your current commitments and can be discussed at interview and will be within Mon – Fri 8.30 – 3.45.

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do at Creative Minds and therefore the role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and relevant references. Whilst a qualification in Early years is desirable is not essential for the right candidate.

Duties will include -

Supporting children's development through play and learning

Caring for children

Assisting in the daily running of the setting

Maintaining the environment

Helping to keep children safe and adhering to our solid safeguarding measures
