Building Maintenance Supervisor

We're looking for a hands-on Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team supporting the Metropolitan Police contract across three sites in London. This is a working supervisor role where you'll lead from the front, combining your technical expertise with team leadership to deliver high-quality maintenance services.

Role Responsibilities

-Lead and support a team of 8 engineers across 3 sites, ensuring effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance

-Carry out hands-on mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance tasks

-Allocate work, provide technical guidance, and support team development

-Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements

-Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders

Required Qualifications

-Relevant qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical discipline)

-Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or lead role

-Strong understanding of building services and compliance requirements
