Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)
£15 – £17 per hour
Flexible – full or part-time shifts available (Agency Work)
Are you a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible hours and rewarding work?
We’re recruiting experienced Early Years professionals to support busy nurseries in the Slough area on a flexible agency basis.
The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. You’ll be working in well-established nurseries, supporting children aged 0–5 and helping them learn, grow, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and leading fun, educational activities
Supporting children’s learning and development in line with EYFS
Providing personal care (feeding, changing, settling for naps)
Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
Requirements
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
Good understanding of EYFS and child development
A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
