Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

CRC Contractors are looking for an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor in Oxfordshire.

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic construction team. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in cost management and project estimation within the construction industry. The successful candidate will work closely with senior surveyors, assisting in the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and financial reports, while developing essential skills for a career in quantity surveying. This position would also suit someone with QS experience but is not yet qualified.

Requirements

• A keen interest in construction, finance, or project management
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
• Good numerical ability and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of cost control principles within construction projects (nice-to-have)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
• Enrolled in or willing to undertake relevant studies or training related to quantity surveying or construction management
