Full Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and responsible School Bus Driver to join our dedicated transport team. You will be joining an established team of drivers, supporting the safe and efficient transport of children within the Abingdon area.

This role requires someone who is confident interacting with children and able to maintain a positive, calm, and safe atmosphere on the bus at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport students along a designated route in the Abingdon area
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all passengers
• Maintain a positive and respectful environment on the bus
• Carry out daily vehicle checks in line with company procedures

Requirements

• Valid D1 driving licence (essential)
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Confident communicating with children
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Warm, flexible approach with good initiative
• Basic DBS check preferred (not essential)
