About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable female Personal Assistant (PA) to support a 51-year-old woman in building confidence, developing daily living skills, and enjoying meaningful experiences in the community.

The client lives with Autism, ADHD, and mental health challenges but is motivated to live a full, positive, and independent life. She is already engaged in voluntary work and is seeking the right PA to help strengthen her confidence, motivation, and social engagement.

She is insightful and self-aware, but past experiences have impacted her confidence, so this role requires someone patient, understanding, and encouraging.

What the Role Involves

Supporting with day-to-day activities such as shopping, cooking

Support with confidence building when interacting with others.

Supporting community outings, such as

Nature walks, by the river

Art galleries

Love of animals

Adrenaline activities

We are looking for someone who

Has a good understanding of Autism and ADHD

Communicates clearly and effectively

Maintains clear and healthy boundaries

Is able to positively challenge and encourage growth

Can mirror, connect, and be fully present

Is trustworthy, respectful, and maintains confidentiality

Has a sense of humour and an open-minded, worldly outlook
