What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for supporting student learning and development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Previous experience in education or relevant qualifications (advantageous but not essential).
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to assisting in the classroom.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and a willingness to undergo a DBS check.
