Key Responsibilities

As a Reception/Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of young learner's educational journey.

Your responsibilities will include

Curriculum Planning

Designing and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Tailoring teaching strategies and activities to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of individual children within the classroom.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS) with Early Years specialism.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably within a Reception or Early Years environment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality, child-centred learning experiences.
