An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Science Technicians to join us in Term 6 or at the beginning of September 2026. We need both full and part-time hours which can be discussed at interview. Please indicate whether you are looking for full or part-time hours in your application.

We are looking for individuals who have a good understanding and interest in science, with specialist knowledge in Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics being an advantage. You must have good numeracy, literacy and IT skills and need to be well organised in your work. You will need to be flexible in your approach and enjoy working as part of a team.

The successful candidates would be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics departments and supporting Science and partnership outreach work. All three sciences are extremely popular, and many students take the subjects at A Level. You would be joining a very experienced and enthusiastic Science Department of dedicated staff and students that are highly motivated, creative and engaged.
