Main Duties of the Role Provide high-quality general medical services to the practice population Undertake routine GP consultations, both face-to-face and telephone consultations as required Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Prescribe safely and appropriately in accordance with practice and national guidelines

Docman workflow Blood results Prescriptions Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care Participate in clinical meetings and practice development activities where appropriate Contribute to the supportive learning environment within our training practice
