We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team in Kent.
This role involves supporting children and young people in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
Salary - £32,908 (inclusive of sleeps)
Shfits - 7am to 2
30pm, 2pm to 10pm, Sleeps
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting daily living activities
- Promoting wellbeing and independence
- Building positive relationships
- Supporting care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Encouraging participation in activities
Candidate Requirements
- Caring and resilient nature
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to undertake training
- Driving licence essential
