Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Are you passionate about making a real difference? Join our friendly team at Waterside, a shared supported living home for five adults aged 43-63. Each person has their own en-suite room, and we work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.The RoleAs an Assistant Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support by:Assisting with personal care in a dignified and respectful wayEncouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingPromoting independence and helping people achieve their personal goalsFollowing individual support plans and risk assessmentsBuilding positive, trusting relationships through collaborative workingHoist training is required, with full support provided to refresh or gain this skill if needed.Shifts & RotaYou will work a two-week rolling rota:
Week 1
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2
