The Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a systems minded and proactive individual who wants influence, responsibility and purpose. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems and data, solving problems, and helping colleagues work more effectively.
In this varied role, you’ll
Help ensure our financial systems run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently
Support the development and improvement of finance processes and reports
Work closely with colleagues across the organisation, providing clear and practical system support
Contribute to ongoing digital and financial transformation projects
Use data and analysis to support informed decision‑making
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is confident working with financial systems and data, who can translate technical information into clear and user-friendly communication and work collaboratively with finance and non-finance teams.
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply. If you enjoy working with financial systems and have strong analytical skills, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll ideally bring
Experience of financial systems, processes, and controls
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to explain technical information clearly to non‑finance colleagues
Good organisational skills and a calm approach under pressure
A positive, team‑focused mindset and a willingness to learn
