About the Role

Our customers should feel comfortable and supported in their own homes, and you’ll help make that happen. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing - working both independently and as part of a collaborative, caring team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care tailored to each customer’s individual needs

Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)

Support with nutrition and hydration, including meal planning and preparation

Administer medication and manage prescriptions

Carry out light housework (tidying, laundry, cleaning)

Be a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for our customers

What We’re Looking For

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Aged 18+

Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept sponsored staff or visa transfers)

A kind, compassionate attitude and calm approach to care

Great communication skills and ability to build positive relationships

Weekend availability (every other weekend or one day every weekend)

No care experience required – we’ll provide all the training you need
