Key responsibilities

Provide high-quality care tailored to each customer’s individual needs

Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)

Support with nutrition and hydration, inc. meal planning and preparation

Support with medication and prescriptions

Carry out light housework inc. tidying, laundry and general cleaning

Be a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for all our customers

£13.28/hr weekdays | £13.48/hr weekends | £19/hr bank holidays

Paid travel time (£12.72/hr) and mileage

A variety of shift patterns, inc. day and/or evening work

Requirements

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Aged 18+

Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept sponsored staff or VISA transfers)

A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care

Weekend hours (every other weekend or one day every weekend)

Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training is provided
