Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the day to day work within the aseptic unit ensuring tasks are allocated effectively to meet service demands. Ensure the safe preparation and supply of aseptic products by maintaining GMP standards, adhering to cleanroom procedures and performing accuracy checks. Act as a role model and mentor by training, supporting junior staff, and contributing to recruitment and induction processes.What Experience/Skills Are Needed Registered Pharmacy Technician or Science Manufacturing Technician with accredited accuracy checking qualification. Demonstrable experience in supervising or supporting junior staff, with strong communication skills to provide guidance, feedback and training. Ability to manage workload and problem solve while maintaining high professional standards. Strong teamwork skills are essential, alongside effective communication and a high level of attention to detail.
