Skills needed for the post
Good knowledge and ability to apply CBT interventions. Confident in working alongside both Children/Young people and Education settings. Willingness to learn and develop both clinical and supervisory skills. Awareness of the importance of safeguarding and the role of a Mental Health professional in this.
