Complex Trade Tasks
Carry out high-precision painting and decorating, including treating damaged substrates, degraded surfaces, or complex architectural features.
Diagnostics
Diagnose underlying causes of decoration failure, such as water ingress, damp, or chemical breakdown, and specify remedial actions.
Specialist Applications
Apply specialist coatings including epoxy, hygienic/clinical coatings, industrial floor finishes, and fire-retardant products.
Advanced Wallcoverings
Undertake advanced tasks such as wide-width, heat-bonded, and specialist clinical-grade finishes.
Technical Advisory
Act as a technical advisor to identify risks and propose solutions for compliant work delivery.
Equipment Safety
Conduct inspections of access equipment, including mobile towers, podiums, and scaffolds, within the scope of training. Undertake and review risk assessments for tasks as required.
Multi-Skilled Support
Execute multi-trade tasks such as minor joinery, plastering, flooring, and small-scale building repairs.
Operational Flexibility
Work flexibly across Trust properties and participate in on-call and out-of-hours arrangements as required.
