Supermarket order picker

Working a 37.5 hours per week / 5 out of 7 days 14:00 till 22:00, or 6 out of 7 nights 22:00 till 06:00. Using the voice picking system to ensure products are picked into the correct cages for delivery to store. This physical work involves working in a chilled environment where the temperature ranges from 2 - 12 degrees.

As a Warehouse Assistant for TBC/Waitrose & Partners, you'll be responsible for

• Taking ownership for your own and others safety whilst at work
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Supporting the Transport and Branch Partners by ensuring orders are assembled accurately on time
• When handling a product you'll make sure that it's always received, stored, packed and delivered to customers to the very highest standards
• Demonstrate that you can operate within the organisational values and shared vision and mission

What else will I be doing?

Other daily tasks will see you

• Adhering to all Health and Safety and Operational procedures
• Keeping the warehouses as safe environments for all Partners and Agency Colleagues to work in

Desirable experience skills and qualifications

• Basic standards of written English and basic Math
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
• own transport
