We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join us as a Lettings Manager. This is a great

role for someone with a positive attitude, a desire to help others, and a passion for making an impact. As Lettings Manager,

you’ll be leading the team to manage the lettings and voids process, ensuring homes are quickly filled with the right tenants.

You’ll work closely with residents and applicants, providing a welcoming and supportive experience. This is a fantastic

opportunity to build your career in the social housing sector.

What You’ll Do

* Provide Excellent Customer Service - Be the first point of contact for applicants and residents, offering support and

guidance.

* Manage Lettings & Voids - Drive the team to achieve great performance ensuring empty homes are filled quickly

* Be responsible for reporting and monitoring - Provide robust reporting on KPI and other targets and ensure budgets are managed

effectively.

* Be a collaborator - Work closely with your team, the wider business and external partners always keeping a positive attitude

and contributing to a friendly, collaborative environment.
