The Position
R.E.A.C.H. Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Home Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality services that are centred on meeting the individual needs, choices and aspirations of the people we support.
The successful candidate will
- Have a passion for delivering safe, person-centred care
- Ensure full CQC compliance (including new Single Assessment Framework)
- Manage and develop care staff
- Maintain excellent care standards and safeguarding practises
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals
- Promote a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement and drive service growth
Essential Criteria
- Experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities
- QCF Level 5 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years in a Registered Home Manager position
- Proven stable employment history demonstrating ongoing commitment to a management role
- Confident leadership and organisational skills
- Full driving licence
- Right to live and work in the UK
