Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse

Duties

• Ensure that each child's individual needs are met and a high standard of professional care and education is delivered.
• Observe, assess and plan an interesting, stimulating and challenging range of early years activities.
• Engage as a professional member of the team.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are read and adhered to.
• Follow risk assessments and healthcare plans.
• Manage team members and their progression.

Experience

• Previous experience in childcare is essential with at least 2 years.
• A minimum Childcare Level 3 qualification is essential.
• First aid and safeguarding training desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
