Practice Nurse

Deliver evidencebased nursing care in line with NICE guidelines Manage chronic disease clinics, including respiratory conditions (asthma/COPD) Provide wound care, including compression therapy and Doppler assessments Undertake cervical cytology, immunisations, and health checks Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice Prescribe under PGDs and review patient medications Support Infection Prevention & Control processes, audits, and compliance Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure effective clinical coding Support safeguarding of adults and children Assist with minor surgery when required Liaise with external services to support vulnerable and housebound patients
