The Endeavour Foyer is seeking committed and reliable Bank Concierges to cover lone-working night and weekend shifts. We are
looking for individuals who can provide flexible, as‑and‑when cover for waking night shifts.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering an excellent service to young people aged 16–25. Previous
experience working with vulnerable young people would be beneficial.
As this is a lone‑working position, safeguarding is paramount. Safeguarding training is mandatory and will be provided as part of
our essential induction programme.

* Flexibility to cover waking night shifts as required
* Safeguarding training (provided at induction)
* Enhanced DBS check, references, and LADO approval are essential
Shifts Available

Waking nights
6:30pm–8am or 10pm–8am
Your Responsibilities
* To ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers living in the foyers during nights and weekends.
* To be the first point of call for advice and security when support officers aren’t on site.
* Manage the building overnight and at weekends, ensuring customers are signed in/out, and enquires are handled professionally.
* Monitor CCTV and complete building checks to include hourly patrols of the building and grounds. To report any issues to the
Health and Safety manager and Scheme manager.
* Be available for training
