We are looking for a warm, reliable Personal Assistants to support a gentle, easy-going 22-year-old man with complex needs, both at home and out in the community.
He enjoys being out and about in the fresh air, walks along the seafront, ice cream, the wind blowing in the trees or relaxing at home with sensory lights and films.
He has complex health and mobility needs so requires full support with all aspects of daily life.
There is no challenging behaviour — quite the opposite. He is calm, rewarding to support, and responds well to people who are kind, consistent, and genuinely invested in building a relationship rather than simply completing tasks.
Full training will be provided.

- Engagement & quality of life
- Supporting him to enjoy the things he loves — outings, sensory activities, films, and time in the community. Being good company and a positive, dependable presence.
- Household support
- Light household tasks to help things run smoothly, such as laundry, tidying and some cleaning.
- Teamwork & communication
- Working as part of a 2:1 support team, following detailed care plans, recording information accurately, and communicating well with fellow PAs and the family.
- What we’re looking for
- Warm, patient, and genuinely caring
- Calm, dependable, and trustworthy
- Good attention to detail, especially when following care plans
