Role Overview
We are looking for a Supervisor to support the delivery of RPM UK services (Remote Practice Management services). Reporting to the RPM Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supervising day-to-day team operations, supporting client relationships, and ensuring clinics are delivered accurately and efficiently across multiple consultants. The Supervisor acts as a key link between clients, patients and internal teams, oversees onboarding of new clients and team members, and supports quality, performance and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment. The role includes people supervision, operational oversight and regular travel to client and office sites.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing operational environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong people management and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and support team members day to day
Experience coordinating services or workflows across multiple stakeholders, ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness of delivery
Excellent communication skills, with confidence managing professional relationships with clients, patients and internal teams via phone, email and meetings
Strong IT skills, with the ability to use systems such as Excel and CRM platforms to generate reports, monitor activity and support service delivery
Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and empathetically, including managing team, patient or client issues as they arise
Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to office locations and client sites, including occasional overnight stays and meetings outside normal working hours
Desirable Skills & Experience
Previous supervisory or team lead experience within healthcare, medical services or an outsourced professional services environment
Experience onboarding new clients, including setting up accounts, gathering requirements and supporting smooth service transitions
Experience training, coaching or developing team members, including delivering onboarding and ongoing learning support
Exposure to auditing processes or quality assurance, with experience providing structured feedback to improve performance
Experience supporting recruitment and interview processes
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems used for client management and reporting
Experience contributing to the development or improvement of training materials, tools or operational documentation
