Role Overview

At Medserv, the Client Relationship Team plays a critical role as the first line of support for our clients and the business. The Client Relationship Specialist will be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative and client support activities to ensure service excellence. The role requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. In addition to engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation, this position will collaborate closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to support client needs and contribute to overall business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of relevant information to clients and other third parties by resolving issues and addressing requests with the Operations team

Help with the onboarding of new clients and the administrative tasks associated with this

Ensure all requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Develop open and effective communication with each client

Manage workload of emails and calls on a daily basis

Liaise with other departments and insurance companies to ensure we deliver the best possible service to all clients

Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum of two years office-based experience in customer service-based role

Proficient in MS Office

A customer-oriented attitude

Highly organised

High degree of attention to detail; must take responsibility for ensuring all work is correct

Works collaboratively and contributes effectively within a team environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Healthcare industry knowledge

Previous experience in a similar client account/relationship role

Previous experience working with CRM platforms (e.g.Salesforce)

Experience in taking inbound and making outbound calls in customer service setting
