Substance Misuse
Worker Suitable for someone who
Enjoys working with and providing structured recovery-focused support to service users with alcohol and/or drug misuse problems. Someone who enjoys working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with the ability to work flexibly as the needs of the service changes and who has a keen interest in substance misuse dependency issues with a good understanding of the recovery agenda and with good understanding of recovery model and the value structured treatment pathways have in substance misuse dependency recovery-based treatment. Specialist Suitable for someone who
is a professional, dynamic and experienced clinician and has excellent complex risk management and crisis intervention skills in a fast moving environment, adaptable and can meet the needs of Service Users establishing strong professional supportive relationships. To work and act appropriately on own initiative within a multi-disciplinary team and has the skills to utilize knowledge, skills and experience to deliver a high standard of evidence based clinical interventions. You will have knowledge, skills and experience in Mental Health and Substance Misuse with an excellent understanding of the recovery agenda Please refer to JD attached for more details.
