As the business continues to go from strength to strength, we have an excellent opportunity for two driven and ambitious individuals to join the team and help further develop our growing South Region. With the Region split in two, each ROM will take responsibility for their own area - these are made up as follows:Central South includes 17 branches covering North Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire and also includes our branch in Jersey.South Coast includes 18 branches covering West Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset and also includes our branch in the Isle of Wight.Together you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and progressing our legacy of being the decorator’s first choice.Deputising for the Regional Manager when required, you will be well versed in all matters relating to the smooth running of the Region. This role is instrumental in ensuring the Region is consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through operational excellence. Working closely with the RM, you will deliver this vision by leading implementing key operational work with a specific focus on people, development, processes, systems, stock management, merchandising and store presentation.Alongside the RM, ROM and Branch Managers you will work with particular focus on Company KPI’s, supporting commercial decision making by identifying areas for improvement/development as well as agreeing and communicating action plans. Supporting Region wide development, coaching Branch Managers and colleagues to deliver business plans and sales targets while empowering them to lead their teams effectively.Our ROM’s lead by example, championing company values and playing a key role in recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
